/ How check-ins work

Your check-in token was generated when you sealed your letter. Each time you paste it here and check in, your countdown resets. The system records the timestamp and calculates your next required check-in based on the interval you chose — every 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.

If you miss a check-in deadline, you receive one warning email. Miss the next check-in after that warning — your letter is delivered automatically to your recipient. No exceptions, no override.
