By using any MYRQAI tool or service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
MYRQAI tools are provided for lawful personal, educational, and professional use. Permitted uses include:
• Sending and receiving encrypted communications for legitimate privacy purposes
• Learning about cryptography, steganography, and data privacy concepts
• Participating in the Ghost AI puzzle and leaderboard system
• Managing team accountability commitments for professional or personal goals
• Using AI-powered productivity tools with your own API keys
You must not use MYRQAI for any of the following:
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abuse of any individual or group
• Distribution of illegal content, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonation of any person, organisation, or entity
• Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorised access to our systems
• Any activity intended to harm, defraud, or deceive other users
Encrypted messages created through MYRQAI tools are temporary by design. Messages are permanently deleted after the first decryption or after 24 hours — whichever occurs first. This deletion is irreversible.
MYRQAI is not a data storage or backup service. Do not use our tools as a primary or secondary storage solution for important information. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from message expiry, service interruption, or technical failure.
The MYRQAI Accountability system allows workspace administrators to create commitments for team members. By using this system, all parties acknowledge:
• Consequence delivery is automated and irreversible once triggered
• The system must be used with full consent of all participants
• Accountability tools must not be used to coerce, threaten, or harass individuals
• MYRQAI is not responsible for the content of user-created commitments or consequences
MYRQAI displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free availability of our tools. By using MYRQAI you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed on pages throughout the site, Google AdSense may use cookies to personalise advertisements, and you must not click on advertisements with the intent to generate fraudulent revenue.

We reserve the right to suspend, update, or modify the service at any time without prior notification. While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.
MYRQAI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
MYRQAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption. Use the service at your own risk.
MYRQAI offers a Pro plan for the Accountability system at $29/month per workspace. Payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing:
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of a charge to [email protected]
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice
These terms exist to protect both you and the platform. The core rules are simple: use the tools for legitimate, lawful purposes; don't harass or deceive others; don't try to break the system. In return, MYRQAI provides free, private, no-account tools that handle your data minimally and delete it automatically.
The advertising clause (Section 06) is important: MYRQAI displays Google AdSense ads to stay free. This is the only monetisation mechanism other than the optional Pro plan. Clicking ads fraudulently harms the platform and violates Google's policies — don't do it.
